is a startup Wireless Broadband Communications Company founded by South African and US Partners: JPJ Group and Polideshano Group. DBI's vision is to become the leading provider of high speed Wireless Broadband and IP Communication services including VoIP, Multi-Media Services and IP Security applications in South Africa.
DBI is supported by a Global Consortium with demonstrated experience in IP communications, Broadband and Broadcast Multi-media services, including IP Security & Surveillance. The consortium is lead by Communications Xchange, LLC (CommX), a VoIP operator and Zotera, Inc. a broadband multi-media services operator, both headquartered in Tampa, Florida.

JPJ Group
The JPJ Group LLC is an ICT Management Consulting Group based in Tampa Florida, and specializes in developing ICT markets in Africa, the Caribbean and Latin America. The JPJ Group has successfully provided ICT and Management Consulting services to a host of Telecoms Operators or governments and in The Bahamas, Chile, El Salvador, Namibia, Rwanda, Swaziland, Australia, and the United States.
Polideshano Group
The Polideshano Group is a consortium of six black South African companies including Ebonetse Investments 2 Pty. The Polideshano Group has vast operational, policy and technical experience in the ICT (Information and Communications Technology) sector including Radio Planning, Engineering and Construction, Finance, Regulatory and administration. The Polideshano Group commands more than 100 years of practical and senior experience in government, the telecommunications sector, administration, and general management.
CommX is a pioneer of wholesale hosted softswitch and PSTN interconnection services. CommX has a retail presence in Florida and New York and provides integrated voice and data services using VoIP technology. In 2005, CommX began offering wholesale VoIP services to resellers across the East Coast of the US.
